Hawkers - the government and the courts from time to time have legalised hawkers as they are a necessity for the society, for which they have been provided licenses. However, the way the hawkers occupy the space and claim ownership to the same is not intended. as per the license, they can bring mobile carts, bring their wares, hawk and wind up for the day to come back the following day. there are also illegal hawkers forcing their way in, kindly step in and do the needful in both the matters.
