Computerization/ on line filling of various administrative forms/digitisation is at slower pace . Hard copies of various forms are followed still in state Govt . Computerization/ digitalisation/ online filling of various administrative forms are needed to save papers & Environment. Computerization of complete State Govt Offices are required to reduce inefficiecies / malpractices in state govt administration .

There is lot of malpractice in Ration system. Uneducated poor people are not given ration on the pretext that it has not received from Govt .Digital Ration card should be provided on the lines of Aadhar card , Pan Card . Digitisation of ration card system can reduce malpractice in system.

Digital Maharashtra...
We are in process of doing the deemed conveyance of our society online. Index 2 is a major issue in this.
I have few suggestions in this reagards..
1. Index 2 for agreements post 2002 available online but it cannot be used for any record purpose. You can charge the Fee online and make the same as certified copy on receipt of regular fee.
2. Index 2 for agreements prior to 2002 must be available online with fee may be some additional charges for scanning

REAL ESTATE SECTOR NEEDS TO BE ONLINE/DIGITAL. FOLLOWING AREAS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED:-
1) REVENUE DEPARTMENT/ RECORD OF RIGHTS & LAND SURVEYS/ SETTLEMENT.
2) APPLICATION FOR BUILDING SANCTIONS & PERMISSIONS IN MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, REGION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITIES, COLLECTOR OFFICE,ETC.
3) LIST OF BUILDERS, THEIR BUILDING PROJECTS, DETAILS ABOUT SANCTION OF NO. OF FLOORS, NO. OF FLATS, NO. OF BUILDINGS IN THEIR PROJECTS.
4) ALL GOVERNMENT GAZETTES/ NOTIFICATIONS.

Hi! I think there should be a provision for online registration of complaints and First Information Reports (F.I.R.) from a single portal. Such portal could be maintained by the DGP's office. This would almost eliminate the complaints of reluctance on part of officials at Police Stations to get complaints and F.I.R.s registered. Thanks.
