Irregular monsoons over an extended period have resulted in frequent water scarcity for the agricultural sector. While prompt relief in times of scarcity must be provided, long-term measures to ensure prevention of such situations must be taken.
Government has decided to implement multiple programs for water conservation in an integrated manner with convergence across all the concerned departments. ”Jalyukt Shivar Abhiyan” has been launched to make Maharashtra drought free by 2019. We aim to make five thousand villages drought free in the 1st year of the Abhiyan.

मागेल त्याला शेततळे साठी अनुदान हीं बातमी वाचली या पूर्वी विविध आकाराचे शेततळे करण्यासाठी अनुदान असताना देखील फारसा प्रतीसाद मिळाला नाही. आजच्या दुष्काळ मध्ये 50000 व्यतिरिक्त अधिकचे रुपये सर्वसामान्य शेतकरी खर्च करू शकणार नाही तेंव्हा अनुदानाची रक्कम न वाढविता सरकारनेच शेततळे शेतकऱ्याला बांधून द्यावे तरच हि योजना अधिक यशश्वी होईल.

मागेल त्याला शेतातले ह्या योजनेत 50000 रुपये इतकी मर्यादा ठेवली आहे. याची साइज 30"*30" मीटर अशी आहे. मी मननीय मुख्यमंत्री साहेबांना व वाचकांना सांगू इंछितो की 15"*15" मीटरच्या शेततळ्यासाठी 50000 रुपये इतका खर्च येत आहे. तर मग अशा वाईट, व दुष्काळ ग्रस्त परिस्थितीमध्ये शेतकर्‍याने बाकीची रक्कम काशी भरायची? आणि काही तरुण वर्ग ही शेततळी मस्त्य उत्पाडांनासाठी करण्याचा निर्णय ध्येत आहेत पण 30"*30" मीटर शेतळ्यासाठी 120000 रुपये लागत आहेत. मग माला मननीय साहेबांनी किवा सांगा की यांच्या स्वप्नाचे काय???

मागेल त्याला शेततळे is a very good scheem but scarcity of electricity will prevent effective use of water from this ponds for irrigation. Solar bases water pumps or small farm wind turbine can be used to generate eleticity require. These technologies are costly and information is not easaly avaliable. Can goverment try and make these technologies avalible easily and also if possible have some subsidy as in some other states. If this are already implemented, where do we find the information.

मी 31 डिसेम्बर 2015 रोजी राज्याच्या अर्थसंकल्प साठि सुचवलेले मुद्दे सर्व ऑनलाइन सबमिट केले ,31 डिसेम्बर ही शेवटची तारीख होती , परंतु आज जेव्हा मी ते पोर्टल ओपन केल तेव्हा समजल की मागच्या आठवडा पर्यन्त ती प्रक्रिया चालु होती. पण मी अर्थसंकल्पासाठी सुचावलेले मुद्दे त्यात नाही आहे . खरच जर आपल् सरकार एक कर्तव्यदक्ष सरकार असेल तर pls मला याच स्पष्टीकरण द्यावे.
माझ्या अर्थसंकल्पातील 4 मुद्दे अतिशय महत्वाचे आहेत . त्या मुद्द्यतिल प्रक्रिया अवलंबन्याची राज्याला अत्यंत गरज आहे.

Now a days Our state is suffering from drought ,so i have suggestion for it that we should ban all the fountains & swimming pools in corporate offices and hotels,for some period.Please try and help to implement these water wastage resources,As we all know that "Prevention is always better than cure"

We all Know we are suffering from Draught for all we have to Plan till May 2016 for next mansoon complosory rainwaterharvesting not On Paper but in reality by forceful law with the help of Peoole & Goverment machinery & Proper Planning in water distribution by keeping in mind for three year i.e we can face draught situation & I like apperciate you sir for JalYukta Shivar but till You have to lot of Work We can Take Guidence Of Dr Rajendrasingh
