THERE IS REQUIREMENT OF BUS DEPO IN CHOWK - RASAYANI AREA FOR CARRYING THE PASSANGERS FROM CHOWK-RASAYANI-PANVEL-DADAR. ALSO BUS DEPO IS REQUIRE IN CHOWK AND RASAYANI AREA FOR MANAGING OF BUS CROWD. BECAUSE MOST OF PASSANGERS FROM CHOWK-RASAYANI-APTA ARE FACING GENUINE PROBLEM OF TRAVELLING FROM CHOWK TO MUMBAI. PLEASE CONSTRUCT A BUS DEPO FOR CHOWK RASAYANI-APTA AREA.

We would like to suggest Government to include 5 day compulsory working week with working hrs defined as 40 hrs per week.Franklin D Roosevelt introduced this in America in 1940s, and we are here in 2016 and working 6 days every week that too 10-12 hrs per day.We not only get exhuasted but compromise our health as well.We want to build a career and earn for our families but we want to live longer and healthier with our children around, not in heaps of money.
Pls do something about this culture .

Thank you for your plan to make Mumbai as the hub of Start Ups.
I am from Mumbai& want to start my Start Up here very soon. I know Mumbai has the tremendous potential to became the great Start Up hub of India but it need support to mature it's ecosystem& solve other issues.
so, i am requesting you to make a Start Up Policy which will make Mumbai as the best start up hub of India.

Dear Sir,
You have amended the Shop & Est Act for permitting 7 day operations. However that as per my knowledge is not made as a permanent action. When can we expect that. Besides the Act requires some obsolete kind of record keeping which is normally not available thus encouraging corruption. Lastly a permission for operating 24x7 is to be taken from the labour department even for operating at Airports,hospitals etc. This is very cumbersome and no proper guideline are prescribed or available

Respected sir
one suggestion from my side about land availability for business small scale industry near by midc government should take initiative to develop midc plot and give them on lease basis so major cost of any industrial investment get reduce and that cost industry will invest in R & D major small scale industry are not able increase there capacity for product
this will really help to make cluster and increase revenue of gov also . Nice planing will gives good result .

Kindly implement central government new model rent act n please consider the landlord who r taking a very few rent since years.
It will help to reduce lots of court matters.
Nowadays tenent locked there premises n shifted to lavish n bigger flats n enjoying the property in very little rent.
Lots of premises are open to needful one.
And when all rates are increasing as per market rate then why not landlord get tenament rent as per market rate
