Formation of housing society by the tenants MHADA Act 1976 Under section 103 B matter pending in the supreme court of india due to unsolved said matter.
Old cess dilapidated building and dishoused tennats living in the MHADA Transit Camp since 25 to 30 years facing problem which has been not solve by any political party.
Said matter has to be take on the board from Maharashtra Government at least thousands or lakhs of the family will get their housed premises back.

मा. मुख्यमंत्री महोदय, महाराष्ट्रातील जवळपास सर्व खाजगी शाळा सुरु असतांना पालकांना अथवा इतर व्यक्तींना शाळेत प्रवेश मिळत नाही. मुख्य प्रवेशद्वार बंद असतात, तिथे गार्ड असतात, पालकांना सुद्धा शाळेच्या आवारात अथवा वर्गात प्रवेश करता येत नाही. यामुळेच खाजगी शाळांची खरी स्थिती बाहेर येत नाही, मात्र शासकीय शाळा सगळ्यांसाठी खुल्या असल्यामुळे तिथे कोणीही प्रवेश करतो, पत्रकार येतात शूटिंग घेतात व शासकीय शाळांची लाखतारे टांगतात. त्यामुळ खाजगी शाळांना जेल बनवू नका, काही तरी करा

The Collection of Tax to be utilized to improve Public Transport to decongest the road.
Benefits:-
a) The Benefit of this would be, people do not bring their vehicle in the Congestion zone, until it is necessary.
b) This will encourage Pooling.
c) Liberty in the hand of People as there would not be any restriction as in case on Odd and Even formulae.

Till the time the vehicle is in Congestion Zone Congestion meter will continue to deducted from Prepaid tag till the vehicle exit from Congestion Zone.
A Maximum capping of tax to be decided for the day.
The Tax of vehicle to be decided based on the space occupied by the vehicle. So small car would be taxed less, bikes and two wheeler would be taxed at minimum, and Big vehicles would be taxed at higher rate. ( Bigger the Vehicle Bigger the Tax )

Dear Sir,
It is my sincere request that to increase our tax collection, why dont u compel all private doctors and Advocates practicing in the state to issue pakka recipts to each of their patient/clients and file ITR under Income tax rules, as both these professionals are charging heavy fees from the patients /clients without proper results. Whereas all other workers and salaried employees r paying full income tax on their salary.Advocates are not following any of their ethics in court matters.

Dear CM Sir,We had lot of hopes from ur side,when we came to power,But there is no improvement in Police dept.What we observe every time at our Police stn Vairag having74 villages under it,Tal-Barshi,Dist-Solapur (Rural)heavy corruption is going on, I am behind this since last 3-4 yrs But OUR SP was also corrupt, But now we have one of the best SP-Mr. Viresh Prabhu, But still our police staff is too much corrupted and are supporting all illegal liq shops and taking bribe from innocent citizens4

If u want to save Maharashtra,First u must stop sale of all illegal liquor shops from all the villages this is possible only when Police staff is free from corruption. In 99% cases police are taking Bribe (Monthly Hapta)&continuing all illegal liquor/Matka shops.This is spoiling the life of consumers wives,children &disturbing to their neighbors.I complained many times to SP Solapur-rural through Vairag police stn,But no use.Even I complained to DGP, Maharashtra&CM's office on31-12-14&15-1-15.
