Secondly, in our whole study we just learning something and after study we do unrelated job using our 50% study mean there is nothing related to each other more than 50% from our educational study. So, we need to changes our Educational criteria like that after completing of our study we should use our whole 100% knowledge in our job work then only we can look forward for development with making more empowerment.

First of all we should change our Educational pattern with focusing more on Research work from primary to high level.
Today, we can see all the world biggest Campinas from like IT industry, Manufactures, Automobiles’, Telecommunication, Electronics Textiles etc are from only developed country why not from our India? Because they don’t depend upon technical like short cut they believe to making empowerment with developing their own product doing Research and development.

1- Do SWOT analysis on current study program starting from "School - collage".
2- Engage, Evolve & Enhanced the role of young mind in each & every sector by various sources..
3- Give equal important to Each & every young individuals for showing their skill to everyone via online submission of ideas via email or others options
4- Change the current study patterns with equal importance to Theoretical & Highly focused practical knowledge.

equality(Garib/aamir,City/Village..),Women empowerment and Focus toward village can take nation to the great hight.Equality-People contributing more to life is getting nothing.(ex.Farmer,workers..).Women Empowerment-those nation who understood the importance of it is already on great hight of progress.Village Progress-offering free bucks won't help making them capable would do. Road,Hospitals,School,Pure water,Electricity would bring the difference.

१. शिक्षणाच्या पद्धतीत आमुलाग्र बदल अपेक्षित आहेत.
२. ज्यांना पारंपारिक शाळा पद्धतीत फार रस नाही अशांसाठी रोजगाराभिमुख व्यावसायिक शिक्षण आणि समुपदेशन शाळास्तरावरच उपलब्ध करावे. यात पालकांनाही समान जबाबदारी द्यावी.
३. राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँका आणि पोस्ट अॉफीसेस यांना एंत्रप्रेन्यूअरशीप विकासाची केंद्र जोडावीत.
४. शाळांपासून मुलभूत बँकींगचं ज्ञान प्रात्यक्षिकांद्वारे पुरवण्यात यावं.

This year Maharashtra government started ambitious CM Internship Programe and it will surely provide important inputs.There are lakhs of UPSC/MPSC aspirants who want to work at grass-root level while preparing for competitive exams.Suppose there are total 1912 village sin Pune district,1912 Villages_Mitra can be selected(like CM interns) for 1 yr through some process and there expertise+internet knowledge can be used at village level development.This will also help to reducing corruption.

First of all congratulations for this initiative,
All the college going students should be engaged in real time work(internship) during summer and winter vacation, They shouldn't waste their time and they will start getting exp from this time .
Example : Engineering students gets 3 to 4 months total vacation in a year. Govt can itself or suggest any industry to use this students. The industry will get this people in less pay scale and students will get exp and some amount of money.

Congrats for intiative taken by govt. More focus should be given on entrepreneurship from school level. Incubation centres may be started in schools for better results.

My suggestion to Government is that they should introduce & encourage best Primary Educational Facilities for children in Rural Department. Providing good food is not the only way to attract a school going kid in rural area. It is very much necessary to introduce Skill development & Digital activities in Government Schools as compared to private schools. Positive appreciation is the only way to encourage any kid/ young for developing his or her GLOWING FUTURE.
