Incredible Maharashtra Essay Competition

Celebrate “Paryatan Parv” with Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation to explore the diversity of Maharashtra from 5th October 2017 to 25th October 2017.

In this “Paryatan Parv” MTDC is hosting an essay competition to award individuals for their best travel experiences in Maharashtra. Write an essay sharing your best travel experience within Maharashtra.

The best three entries will be awarded.

Topic of the Essay: Incredible Maharashtra – My Travel Story

Language: Marathi or English

Word Limit: 400 words

FIRST PRIZE: 02 Nights 03 Days stay for Two Families at MTDC Resorts. [04 Adults, 04 Kids below 12 years old]

लग्न झाल्यावर पहिल्या ३१ डिसेंबर १९९४ साठी कणकेश्वर देवळाच्या (अलिबाग) जेवणाच्या नोंदणीसाठी मी व माझ्या पत्नीने कुणकेश्वरला जायचे ठरवले (२५ डिसेंबर १९९४). भाउच्या धक्क्यावरून लौंच पकडून रेवसला उतरलो. एस.टी. पकडून कणकेश्वरच्या पायथ्याशी गेलो. भर दुपारी ७०० पाय-या चढून देवळात गेलो. तिथल्या पूजा-याना सांगितले की आम्ही मित्रमंडळी (१३-१४ लोकांसाठी) ३१ डिसेंबर १९९४ च्या रात्री जेवायला येत आहोत. त्यानंतर परत ७०० पाय-या उतरून आम्ही खाली पोहोचलो तर शेवटची लौंच निघून गेली होती.
