We live in the digital age. With citizens becoming increasingly tech-savvy, the Government of Maharashtra is bringing about a paradigm shift in the way services are delivered to citizens.

By embracing technology whole-heartedly, the Govt. is working towards 100% transparency, convenience and accountability in the governance ecosystem while improving the overall quality of services delivered to its citizens. This change is already visible with initiatives like Aaple Sarkar grievance redressal, RTS, WhatsApp for FIR Registration and MyGov to name a few.

To make Maharashtra a truly digital state, the Govt. of Maharashtra seeks your suggestions on how it can further digitize its services effectively, hence improving both its own efficiency and the quality of life for its citizens.

CAN WE MAKE THE RAILWAY TICKET CHECKING IN DIGITAL ( BY TC ) IN DIGITAL SCANNING PROCESS IN THIS WAY EVERY TRAIN THAT RUNS A BIG FAT PAPER DATA CARRIED BY TC CAN BE AVOIDED IN THIS WAY WE CAN SAVE TREES AS WELL AS CURB CORRUPTION

I am residence of Navi Mumbai and active social worker. In the interest of city and their residence following digitization felt required in NMMC. 1) Corporaters of NMMC to be provided with individual official email address and to be listed in NMMC website, so citizen put forward their grievance and suggestions directly to their Corporater's and Mayor.

NMMC has passed their budget for the year 2016-17 for Rs. 2,000 crore approx. however surprisingly not a single paisa has been discussed or taken suggestion or requested by residence and citizens of the Navi Mumbai city. Request to involve citizens and residence to ward budget and expenses utilization and making forum wherein citizens and residence can directly put forward their suggestion and grievance to standing committee so the same would be adequately covered.

For Make Digital State we Make all services of Government in Digitally from Small to Big all by this we prohobit Corruption in Govt.Dept. Also enroll all people feedback for taking initiative participate in Digital Maharashtra. We also take Competition in all District Level to Show their participation in How to Different their City by Others...So from that they encourage for doing something for Digital Our State & Make Idol for Others who want to like us...

We have very good network of postal department across state . This post offices need to be converted for various state government scheme , grievances matters, or government delivery center this will utilise postal department ideal staff
