PLEAD TO MAKE OPENING & CLOSING A COMPANY IN MAHARASHTRA ONLINE FOR A COMMON MAN TO SPEND MORE TIME IN BRINGING BUSINESS IN MAHARASHTRA INSTEAD OF RUNNING BEHIND ROC/CA/SALES TAX/SERVICE TAX etc dept.

Dear Modiji,
I request you to stop the higher budget project like bullet train from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. As per my knowledge our most of the Indian public is belongs to lower to lower middle class who do not have basic facility like Electricity and Water so your govt. should have full fill these types of basic facilities also do some thing on daily usage grains prices like Chana daal etc your govt have a control on these type of commodities. If you will have to come back in next term.

I request you to kindly issue orders to review all the unfruitful, infructuous , unpopular, expensive schemes, offices, organizations, drives run by GOM & all the activities which are denied by the public of Maharashtra & please stop all such establishments immediately. आदरणीय सर, सप्रेम नमस्कार ... कृपया महाराष्ट्र राज्य शासनाच्या सेवेतल्या वय वर्षे ४८ च्या आंतील सर्व वर्ग ४ कर्मचा-यांना दर वर्षी किमान १० दिवस आळीपाळीने स्थानिक पातळीवरील अग्निशमन, वनविभाग, पोलीस, न्यायालय, तहसीलदार कार्यालय व शासकीय रुग्णालयात प्रतिनियुक्ती देण्याबाबत विचार व्हावा त्यामुळे त्यांच्या कामात, कार्यालयाच्या कामकाजात व एकंदरीत प्रशासनात गतिमानता येऊ शकेल. तसेच त्यांच्यातील नैराश्य कमी होऊन त्यांची वैचारिक पातळी उंचावण्यास व महाराष्ट्र शासनाची प्रतिमा सुधारण्यास मदत होऊ शकेल.

आदरणीय सर सप्रेम नमस्कार... कृपया महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या सेवेतील प्रत्येक कर्मचा-याला व अधिका-याला निवृत्ती वेतानार्ह सेवेसाठी त्याच्या संपूर्ण सेवावाधीत वयाच्या ४५ पूर्वी किमान ३ वर्षे चंद्रपूर, गोंदिया, भंडारा, गडचिरोली, यवतमाळ या जिल्ह्यांमध्ये सेवा करणे बंधनकारक करावे. सर्व अधिकारी व कर्मचा-यांना त्यांच्या संपूर्ण सेवाकाळात किमान ८ ग्रामपंचायत निवडणुका , ४ पंचायत समिती , ४ जिल्हा परिषद, ४ विधान सभा व ४ लोकसभा निवडणूक कर्तव्य ( राखीव नको ) पार पाडणे अत्यावश्यक करण्यात यावे.

Startups should be exempted from mandatory registration of Shop act license.
Startups are registered with MCA as LLP or Private Limited or One person Company. Again we are made to register for shop act which has complex form requiring professional consultant to be hired with around Rs 3000/- fees.
Request you to please do away with this registration for startup companies, instead state govt can collaborate with MCA to directly access all the details of registered companies in state.
